Our knowledgeable wine team is always here to share as much (or as little) as you’d like to know about the wines, winemakers and regions we’re featuring. Hope you can join us!
Our weekly tasting runs 12-3pm on Saturdays. Cost is $15. The tasting fee is waived with a purchase of any wine in the shop (not just tasting wines).

December Top Picks
Saturday, December 6 (12-3pm)
Every month Portalis owner Jens Strecker selects his favorite wines for the season, and on the first Saturday of the month, we taste a selection of those wines.
Here are his December tasting selections: Illahe Pinot Gris (Willamette Valley), Uggiano Vermentino (Tuscany), Domaine du Séminaire Côtes du Rhône Rouge (S. Rhône, France), Rasa Vineyards Occam's Razor (Columbia Valley red blend), and our Wine of the Month: Badenhorst Secateurs Shiraz blend (Swartland, South Africa). Stellar December lineup! Hope you can join us.

December Wine Club – Pickup Tasting
Saturday, December 13 (12-3pm)
On the 2nd Saturday of every month, we taste our wine club wines for the month.
Our December Portalis EXPLORES Wine Club theme features a Negroamaro & a Primitivo from Puglia, specificially vineyards around the town of Taranto.
Our Portalis FLAGSHIP Wine Club features 3 wines from Burgundy — a Bourgogne Blanc from a Chablis producer, a Côte Chalonnaise Pinot Noir & a second Pinot Noir from just outside of Savigny-lès-Beaunes (Côte d’Or).
This pickup tasting is for our club members to taste and learn about their wines prior to enjoying them at home. Everyone is welcome to join.
Cost for non-club members is $15. (Fee waived with the purchase of any wine in the shop.)

We’ll be closed January 1-15 for our annual New Year’s break. See you Friday, January 16 with regular hours and hopefully Saturday, January 17 at our first tasting of the year!
