Wine Club Sign-Up Form

Here's the administrative nitty gritty:

• credit card billed a couple days before the 1st of the month

• wines available for pickup any time thereafter

• tasting notes emailed on the 1st of the month

• pickup tasting on the 2nd Saturday of the month

• start/stop as you please (just email or call prior to the next ring up date)

• you must be 21 years or older to join the club
