Shipping Cost
We use UPS for our wine shipments and pass their charge directly to our customers.

Packaging Cost
The packaging expense included in your final bill is necessary to ensure safe shipping of wine bottles. We offer shipping containers in the following sizes:

2-Pack (1-2 bottles) $6.50
3-Pack (3 bottles) $7.75
4-Pack (4 bottles) $9.75
6-Pack (5-6 bottles) $10.50
12-Pack (7-12 bottles) $20.50

Delivery Time
Orders normally ship within two business days of the order date. UPS Ground Services usually delivers within 3 to 5 days business days. You can upgrade your delivery time by choosing from the following premium services: 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air.

Signature
At the time of delivery, UPS requires a signature of someone 21 years of age. Even with the permission of the purchaser, UPS cannot leave packages without verifying in-person that the person signing is 21 years of age. Therefore, we encourage customers who are not at home during the day to send the wine to a place of employment or other address where an in-person signature will be easily attainable.
