INSIDER Club Details • The contact information that you supply to join the club will only be used by Portalis. • Your rebate value will be based on your pre-tax retail wine purchases from the previous calendar year. • Wine Bar bottles are eligible for INSIDER prices, but the bar purchase will not apply to your 5% rebate. • You must spend a minimum of $100 in a calendar year to receive a gift card; gift cards with a value of less than $5 will not be issued. • You will be notified by email in January that your rebate is ready to be exercised. The rebate will be valid thru December 31st of that same year. • While valid, your rebate can be used for purchases in the Wine Shop & Wine Bar; rebates cannot be redeemed for cash. • INSIDER rebate is currently available when purchasing in person in the shop or by phone. Purchases via our Online Store cannot track INSIDER benefits. • Selected wines are available to INSIDERS to taste to aid in selecting wines to buy. • INSIDER tasting hours: 11am – 5pm Tuesday thru Sunday • INSIDERS are allowed to taste up to 4 wines (1/2 oz taste per wine) at a charge of $1-$3 per taste (depending on the value of the wine).
